1. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept a variety of payments. Prices are listed in US Dollar and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping or delivery fees will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately as applicable.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order pieces are not produced at this time.

3. Delivery, and Pick-Up

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe access for large items. Additional delivery attempts or special handling may incur extra charges. Once items are picked up or delivered, all risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer.

4. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once a purchase is completed. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

5. Product Variations

Many of our furniture and art pieces are handcrafted or made with natural materials. Variations in color, grain, texture, and finish are normal and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These variations do not qualify as defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website or marketing materials are the intellectual property of SomeDaysi or the stock art purchased. They may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Campbell County/State of Wyoming.
